Meet Amparo Rosen
Founder & CEO, Ultra Body Sculpt
Advanced Aesthetics • Body Recomposition • Biohacking • Longevity & WellnessAmparo Rosen never planned to become an entrepreneur.
In fact, Ultra Body Sculpt didn’t begin as a business idea. It began with her.
After graduating from American University with a degree focused in business and finance, Amparo began her professional career in finance before transitioning into hospitality and eventually the beauty industry. Entrepreneurship wasn’t part of the plan. But a personal desire to better understand and change her own body ultimately sent her down a very different path.
Despite exercising, paying attention to nutrition, and doing many of the things she believed she was “supposed” to do, Amparo found herself frustrated by areas of her body that simply weren’t responding the way she expected.
She became fascinated by the technologies being introduced into aesthetics and body contouring and began researching how they worked.
Eventually, she invested in her first body-contouring technology—not because she intended to open a business, but because she wanted to solve a problem for herself.
The experience sparked something much bigger:
Curiosity.
From Aesthetics to Understanding the Body
Rather than simply using aesthetic technology, Amparo wanted to understand the science behind it.
She became a licensed esthetician and pursued extensive education and hands-on training across laser technologies, advanced body-contouring and aesthetic devices, skin rejuvenation, and phlebotomy. As new technologies entered her practice, she continued seeking out training to better understand how different modalities interact with the skin, muscle, fat, and underlying structures of the body.
But her understanding of health changed dramatically when her own medical journey forced her to experience medicine from the other side.
After discovering brain tumors, Amparo suddenly found herself not simply learning about the human body—but trying to understand her own.
The experience became a major turning point.
Her curiosity expanded beyond aesthetics into nutrition, acupuncture and meridian-based practices, herbal approaches, mind-body techniques, recovery therapies, and what was then the still-emerging world of biohacking.
She became fascinated by the idea that different disciplines could look at the same human body through entirely different lenses.
And she wanted to understand all of them.
When Health Became Personal
Amparo’s pursuit of health became even more personal when she was diagnosed with Chagas disease.
Faced with challenges surrounding conventional treatment, she found herself asking the same question that had shaped so much of her journey:
What else can I learn about my body?
Her search took her deeper into nutrition, functional health, regenerative wellness, and the emerging science surrounding peptides.
Rather than simply accepting information at face value, Amparo wanted to understand the mechanisms—how the body communicates, repairs, adapts, and responds to different interventions.
That curiosity ultimately led her to pursue formal peptide education and certification through SSRP.
She continued immersing herself in biohacking and longevity conferences, where her interests expanded into technologies and modalities including PEMF, vibroacoustic and sound therapy, light and color therapies, advanced recovery technologies, and other emerging approaches to wellness and human performance.
What fascinated Amparo most was never one particular machine, treatment, or modality.
It was the possibility of bringing multiple disciplines together.
“Every challenge with my own body made me ask another question. And every question seemed to open another door.”
Curiosity Became Her Education
Education has remained a constant throughout Amparo’s evolution.
She completed the Nutrition Science course through the Stanford Center for Health Education at Stanford Medicine, expanding her understanding of nutrition and its relationship to health and wellness.
She also trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming through Tad James, adding another dimension to her interest in behavior, mindset, health, and personal transformation.
Today, that education continues.
Amparo is currently completing Health and Wellness: Designing a Sustainable Nutrition Plan through Harvard Medical School Executive Education and is also pursuing training as a Functional Health Practitioner.
Her studies increasingly focus on nutrition, metabolic wellness, functional health, biomarkers, longevity, and the interconnected systems of the human body.
For Amparo, learning has never been about collecting credentials.
It is about finding better questions to ask.
The Next Evolution: Data & Longevity
Today, Amparo’s greatest passion is understanding the body at an increasingly deeper—and more measurable—level.
She has become particularly interested in what objective health data can reveal, including comprehensive bloodwork and biomarkers, DEXA body-composition analysis, visceral fat, muscle mass, bone density, metabolic testing, VO₂ max, recovery, nutrition, and other measurable indicators of health and performance.
Because sometimes what someone sees in the mirror is only the beginning of the conversation.
A change in body composition may not simply be about weight.
Difficulty building muscle may not simply be about exercise.
Changes in skin, energy, recovery, or the way someone ages may be influenced by factors occurring far beneath the surface.
That realization has helped shape the next evolution of Ultra Body Sculpt—from a destination primarily known for advanced aesthetics and body contouring into a broader approach encompassing aesthetics, body composition, wellness, recovery, biohacking, and longevity.
“The more I learned, the more I realized that you can’t always address what you see on the outside without becoming curious about what may be happening underneath it.”
One Person. One Body. One Customized Approach.
Despite the technologies, education, and science behind her work, Amparo’s philosophy remains remarkably simple:
There is no universal protocol because there is no universal body.
Two people may walk through the door with the exact same concern—stubborn abdominal fat, loss of muscle, changes in their skin, low energy, or a desire to age differently—and require completely different approaches.
For Amparo, personalization begins with understanding the individual: their goals, history, lifestyle, body composition, available health data, and the technologies and modalities that may be appropriate for them.
Technology is a tool.
Data provides another piece of the story.
But understanding the person comes first.
The Business She Never Intended to Build
Looking back, Amparo sees a common thread running through nearly every chapter of her career.
She never set out to accumulate machines.
She never set out to create a traditional medspa.
And she certainly never imagined that her own search for answers would eventually become a business.
She was trying to understand herself.
Each challenge introduced another question. Each question led to another area of study, another technology, another modality, or another way of looking at the human body.
Eventually, she realized she wasn’t the only person searching.
People were navigating aesthetics in one place, nutrition somewhere else, body composition somewhere else, recovery somewhere else, and longevity somewhere else—often without anyone connecting the pieces.
So Amparo began creating the place she wished had existed when her own journey started.
“I never set out to build a business. I was trying to understand and help my own body. Every answer led me to another layer of understanding, and eventually I realized there were so many other people searching for the same answers. Ultra Body Sculpt became the place where I could bring those pieces together.”
Today, Amparo continues to study, question, and evolve.
And while the technology continues to change, her philosophy remains the same:
Understand the person. Use the data. Choose the right tools. Customize everything.
